Terms of Service

The terms that apply to our website and services, including our money-back guarantee.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of aimapsdomination.com (the "Site") and to the services provided by AI Maps Domination ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

We provide an ongoing marketing service designed to help your business appear in Google's AI Overview for searches related to your industry (the "Service"). The specific optimization methods we use are at our discretion and may change over time as search technology changes.

We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google controls its own search results and AI features, which can change at any time. Apart from the guarantee in section 4, we do not promise any particular ranking, placement, traffic or revenue.

2. Fees and billing

  • The Service costs $297 USD per month, billed monthly in advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Fees are charged automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Prices do not include any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause the Service until the account is brought up to date.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@aimapsdomination.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. Fees already paid are non-refundable except under the guarantee in section 4.

4. Our 30-day guarantee

Before work begins, we will agree with you in writing (email is fine) on one target search term for your business and the location it applies to (the "Agreed Term"). If your business does not appear in the top 3 businesses for the Agreed Term within 30 days of your Service start date, you may request a refund of your first month's fee.

To qualify:

  • Request the refund by email within 60 days of your Service start date.
  • Your business must have a verified Google Business Profile in good standing, and you must give us the access and information we reasonably request in a timely way.
  • You must not make changes during the 30 days that undo or conflict with our work (for example, changing your business name, address or category, or having your profile suspended).

We will check placement for the Agreed Term in the agreed location and share what we find with you. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. The guarantee applies once per business.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your business and keep your contact details up to date.
  • Give us the access we need (such as manager access to your Google Business Profile) and respond to reasonable requests.
  • Ensure your business, and any content you provide, complies with applicable laws and Google's policies.

6. Ownership

You keep ownership of your business information, accounts and profiles. Content on this Site, including text, graphics and our logo, belongs to AI Maps Domination and may not be copied without permission.

7. Results and testimonials

Case studies and results shown on the Site are real but are not a promise of the same outcome for your business. Results vary based on your industry, location, competition and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Maps Domination is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from the Site or the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Website use

The Site is provided "as is". You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, submit spam or access it in an unauthorized way.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page. If you are a client, we will let you know about material changes by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which AI Maps Domination is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
